Your spa environment is one of tranquillity and relaxation. Please be sure to respect the right to privacy and serenity that all our guests are entitled to. Please turn off mobile phones upon arrival at The Spa and leave them in your personal locker at all times.
Please communicate health conditions such as high blood pressure, allergies, pregnancy or any other health related concerns that you may have. You will be asked to complete a client consultation form so that our therapists can give you their professional attention at all times. Be sure to drink plenty of water both before and after treatments. We encourage you to make use of our relaxation area and complimentary flavoured spa waters and teas. Please consult your doctor before using the spa heat and water facilities if you are under medical supervision or if you are taking medication.
For Mom’s to be, we have treatments designed specifically to care for both of you. Please allow our therapists to guide you in selecting which treatments are most suitable for you during this special time.
Please note that the heat therapies are not recommended for people with high blood pressure, any heart conditions or pregnant women.
We will provide you with spa attire including robes and a choice of spa underwear if you choose to not wear your own. We want you to choose whatever is most comfortable for you. Our therapists will always use draping techniques in order to respect your privacy. Please always wear your swimming costume when using the Thermal Suite as this is compulsory. We recommend you change into dry underwear or use spa disposable underwear during your treatment for your total comfort.
We will provide a secure place to store your personal items inside the spa locker rooms. However, Silver Forest does not assume any liability for personal items and recommend valuable items you will need to remove are left in your lodge room or at home for external guests.
The treatments you select are reserved especially for you. Guests will be charged a 1OO% cancellation fee for treatments cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. All bookings will be secured with a credit or debit card at the time of booking and cancellation fees will be taken automatically from this card.
Treatments and packages are non-refundable, non-transferable and may not be exchanged for other treatments. For hygiene reasons products purchased may not be returned or exchanged.

During your treatment you should control the conversation if you wish for there to be one. If you do not wish to engage in a conversation, please let the therapist know she must respect your silence.
Do not be afraid to tell your therapist if you are in any way uncomfortable, cold or unhappy with the pressure of the treatment. It is your time and our therapists are there for your comfort so please do not hesitate to speak your mind.

We give you the opportunity to purchase at-home products relevant to the treatment you had and we are happy to recommend your own personal prescription based on your needs once the therapist has treated you.
Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your treatment time to allow for time to change and complete a client information card. Treatment times are strictly adhered to due to the busy nature of the Spa bookings. You are welcome to arrive earlier and relax in our relaxation lounge or by our pool prior to your treatment. We recommend you add on the Use of the thermal Suite prior to any full body treatment for total relaxation
Many people are unsure of what to do when it comes to tipping. The average tipping rate in the spa industry is between 10% and 20% of your treatment price. There is no pressure to tip and there will be a box at reception with your therapists’ name where you can subtly leave whatever you feel is appropriate.
